Coming at you with another OOTD. I had the day off from work today and decided to use it to take a much needed trip to the auto shop. My car has been making clinking, rattling noises lately every time I drive over anything but a smooth road. With the first snow of the year already having come and gone, I figured I should have my car checked ASAP before the next snow storm hits.
Although we’re smack dab in the middle of winter, it looks like we’re being treated by Mother Nature to a week of temperatures in the 40s and 50s. With temperatures in the mid 50s and roads melted free of snow and ice today, I reached for a pair of pumps, a buttondown shirt, and a pair of dark blue jeans.
I love the idea of taking a more formal piece like a buttondown shirt and pairing it with a more casual piece like a pair of dark blue jeans to create a sharper casual look. To add sophistication to the outfit, I wore my new Gianvito Rossi leopard print 85 mm pumps that my boyfriend gifted me for Christmas.
For accessories, I wore these dainty bracelets from Stella & Dot:
Here’s hoping for more mild temperatures and opportunities to wear pretty pumps this week!

Xoxo – 😘
I love those bracelets (small wristwear has become my new obsession)! Is that an elephant on the pink one?
It is an elephant! I tried to find a link to the elephant one for you, but unfortunately I don’t think they make it anymore. But there are plenty of other cute bracelets on the site. You should check it out!
I’m definitely going to give them a looksie (or rather, I already have it pulled up in a new tab, to be fully honest)!
Those shoes are so cute! Hope your car is okay x
I’m obsessed with the shoes! I took my car to the auto shop and discovered that I had somehow broken the spring above my front left tire. I’m told it’s not dangerous, but that going over bumps and potholes will feel a lot rockier with the spring broken.
Oh dear! At least its not dangerous x
