Why is it that necessities aren’t as fun to buy? I’ve needed a white long sleeve and short sleeve bodysuit for years now, but haven’t bothered to actually purchase any. Recently, I decided to check these items off my list. Today I wanted to share a review of two Abercrombie & Fitch bodysuits, and how they fit on a petite frame.
Long-Sleeve Bodysuit
I ordered the long-sleeve bodysuit in size XXS. I’m 4’11” and about 85 lbs, and this was a perfect fit. The material is slightly stretchy, but not very, so it felt a little snug pulling it over my head. Once on, it seems fine. The material is thick enough that a nude bra is not visible.
Henley Bodysuit
I also ordered the Henley (short sleeve) bodysuit in size XXS. Like the long-sleeve bodysuit, the Henley bodysuit fit true to size. The Henley has a lot more stretch to it than the long-sleeve bodysuit, so it was easier to pull over my head.
The buttons are real, functioning buttons. I thought this was a nice detail, because you can button them up for a more conservative look, or unbutton a few for a sexier look.
The downside to the Henley is the sheerness. I tried two different nude bras, and both were very visible. The Henley also comes in a pretty blush pink and in black. So if you’re not bothered by sheerness, or if you’re looking for other colors, I’d still recommend this bodysuit! As for me, I’m specifically looking for white, so I will be returning this bodysuit.
I hope you found this review of the Abercrombie & Fitch bodysuits for petites helpful!
