Do you spend your work day on your feet? Are you looking for comfortable shoes you can wear throughout the day? Do you have small feet and can’t find comfort shoes in your size? If you’re like me, the answer to all three of these questions is yes. So today, I wanted to share a review of the Crocs Felicity clog to help you ladies out.
So quick backstory. I used to live in a pair of black Dansko clogs, which I purchased in girls size 2. I wore them to death, until the black was literally rubbed off, and the clog looked more grayish/greenish…yuck. Unfortunately, Dansko seems to have discontinued their kids’ sizing. Whether or not I had a back-up shoe, I decided to retire my Danskos because they were just not in a professional looking state anymore. Fast forward almost two years, and I still hadn’t found a replacement – until I found the Crocs Felicity clog.
Size, Fit, and Comfort.
I purchased the Felicity clog in women’s size 4, and they fit true to size. There is enough wiggle room for my toes, even with socks of medium thickness.
By the end of a 12 hour shift (spent entirely on my feet), my feet feel pretty good! With the Dansko and Crocs clogs, it’s not the padding that makes the clog comfortable. In fact, I’d say that there isn’t significant padding in either shoe. However, it’s the 1.5″ platform between your foot and the floor that makes it comfortable.
Make it fashion.
Crocs have a reputation for being an unattractive footwear brand. Honestly, I won’t be donning classic clogs with Jibbitz any time soon. However, they do have several styles of clogs, such as the Felicity, that are simple and professional looking.
Clogs aren’t the most elongating shoe, but when you’re on your feet for 12 hours per day, you have to make some sacrifices for the sake of comfort. But what’s to stop you from making them stylish? Worn with bootcut or flared trousers that drape over the clog, you can’t see much of it anyway! Pop on a pretty blouse, some fabulous jewelry, and no one will look at your feet.
I hope this review helped any readers looking for suggestions for comfort shoes!
