I spent my day off from work recently hanging out and running errands, and this was the outfit I wore all day long, 4 inch heels and all:
While most of my days off recently have been spent doing random bits and bobs for work from home, on this particular day off, I actually managed to have some fun.
I was out and about all day, having breakfast with my boyfriend, visiting my old-coworkers, dropping off packages at the post office, and going in for my first ever manicure with my sister, all in this outfit, all in 4 inch heels.
While I got a bit heated in my sweater dress after all that running about, my makeup still managed to stay in place. As always, I’ve got on a berry lipstick:

I’m usually in too much of a rush to bother with accessories, but I was good that morning and remembered to put on a pair of earrings before leaving the house…
These are my stud earrings from Bauble Bar. It’s got one little bobble in the front and another bobble to hold it in place in the back. I love simple stud earrings like these. They’re just so versatile! One of these days I’ll advance to wearing more than one piece of jewelry at once.

Thank you! They’re the Halogen Noble Boots from Nordstrom. They’re still available if you’re interested. If you do, I recommend going up half a size. I ordered my usual size 4 when they were on sale and kept them, but they are rather snug in the foot.
