Why I Like to Hike Even Though I Don’t Like to Exercise (1 Min Read)

I was convinced I couldn’t make it to the top of this massive, rocky hill, but I made it all the way to the top and back.  I was just a little bit proud.

It makes me feel productive, like I’ve done something useful with my day, which makes me feel good.

I imagine all my little arteries unclogging.  

I enjoy spending quality time with my hiking buddies – my fiance, my sister, and her husband.

It’s a breath of fresh, non-city air.

It’s quiet and serene.

Random people say hi to you.  Spread the love.
