What Do You Wear Off-Duty?
When did leggings stage a takeover of my closet? Back in high school, I used to be OBSESSED with jeans. I cringe thinking about the amount of money I must have spent, buying pair after pair, trying to find the perfect style, fit, and shade.
Nowadays, I spend the majority of my off-duty days in leggings and sweatshirts – they’re just so much more comfortable! However, as the weather warms up, I’m itching to slip back into my ankle length jeans. Maybe it’s because I don’t feel the need to be comfy and cozy when it’s not 30 degrees outside.

On camera, it still looks like I’m wearing leggings, but I swear they’re jeans!
This outfit was so basic, but surprisingly, I felt great in it! It was nice to wear something extremely simplistic for a change. I didn’t bother with accessories, and I didn’t have to think about whether everything “goes.” Classic t-shirt and jeans combo in classic black and white – easy peasy.
